Created in 2014, "KORDARBOR" emerged in situ along the banks of the d'Abord river in Saint-Pierre, Réunion. This adaptable trio can also be performed in traditional theater settings.
"Bodies fall, leap, contort, and intertwine." As images flicker across a screen, the audience is transported beyond familiar spaces, immersed in the artists' visionary realm. Distinct bodies are propelled through aquatic, terrestrial, and aerial environments, defying the laws of nature and drawing us into a suspended, exhilarating, and swirling universe. Creole heritage takes on a new dimension, its boundaries dissolving before our eyes.
